How do I fill in the warehouse address?Copy each field from the Warehouse Address page in the order your shopping platform asks for. Always keep your member code inside the street address — that is how the warehouse identifies your parcel.
Can several parcels be shipped together?Yes. Once parcels arrive, tick the ones you want together under "Combine & Ship"; the warehouse packs them into one box, usually cheaper than shipping separately.
When do I pay the shipping fee?The fee is calculated after the warehouse packs and weighs your parcel. Turn on "auto-deduct from wallet after weighing" to skip coming back to pay.
How long can parcels stay in the warehouse?Storage is free for 180 days. We will remind you before it expires.
